VANDERWOODTV presents The BERSERKIR CHALLENGE! Embrace your Viking spirit and showcase your skills with throwing knives and melee weapons.

Challenge Details:

• Objective: Achieve as many throwing knife and melee weapon kills as possible in a single round of classic multiplayer in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III.

• Eligible Modes: Team Deathmatch (TDM), Kill Confirmed, Hardpoint, Domination.

Rules:

1. No Guns: Throwing knives and melee weapons only. Kills from firearms, kill streaks, and equipment (other than throwing knives) are strictly prohibited.

2. No Stuns: This includes gas or shock charges.

3. No Riot Shields

4. All other load-out options are allowed.

5. Submission Process: Post the full video link of your match in the BERSERKIR CHALLENGE channel on the VANDERWOODTV Discord server, THE WOODLANDS. Videos must also have #BSKRChallenge in the title. These steps will allow the officiating team to review all the videos to maintain integrity of the challenge.

6. Match Integrity: Playing in teams IS allowed; however, teammates must not use stun/gas grenades or shock charges for you. Boosting/reverse boosting, "smurfing"* or team stacking will also result in your attempt being disqualified.

Scoring:

Your BERSERKIR CHALLENGE score is simply your total kills at the end of the round. 

Leaderboard and Submissions:

• Multiple submissions are allowed but only your best score will be entered onto the leaderboard.

• The BERSERKIR CHALLENGE LEADERBOARD will be updated weekly on Fridays.

• New scores submitted that are higher than previous entries will replace the old score.

• An officiating team will review and validate each submission on the Discord server.

Challenge Timeline:

• Open for Submissions: Now until April 13th, 5 pm AEDT.

  • (East Coast US: April 12th, 1 am EDT / UK: April 12th, 6 am BST)

• Winners Announcement: April 15th, 11am pm AEDT.

  • (East Coast US: April 14th, 6 pm EDT / UK: April 15th, 1 am BST)

Prizes:

• 1st Place: $600 USD

• 2nd Place: $300 USD

• 3rd Place: $100 USD

Bonus Prizes:

• Random Lottery Winner: $50 USD (doubled to $100 for VANDERWOOD FAMILY Twitch subscribers) for a random player on the leaderboard, excluding main prize winners.

• Subscriber Milestone Bonus: For every 50 new subscribers during the challenge period, a random player on the leaderboard will receive $50 USD (doubled to $100 for VANDERWOODTV Twitch subscribers) at the winners' announcement.

Note: All prizes will be paid via PayPal.

Winners Announcement:

• All winners will be announced live on stream from 12 pm AEDT on April 14th.

By making a submission to the BERSERKIR CHALLENGE Discord channel, you agree to abide by the rules and guidelines outlined above. Any violation of these rules may result in disqualification from the challenge. VANDERWOODTV and the officiating team reserve the right to make final decisions on all matters related to the challenge.

*Smufing: A player is considered to be "smurfing" if they have intentionally manipulated the skill level of the match lobby by any combination of the following: creating a new account, reverse boosting, using a VPN to connect to another region.
