Having escaped from HELHEIM you travel by sea to the world of fog, NIFLHEIM. Finally coming upon the Shore of Corpses, Náströnd, you head up river towards the Well of Hvergelmir surrounded on all sides by glacial mountain ranges. Lurking closely behind you in the waters beneath is a giant scaled sea monster feasting on the bodies of murderers and oath-breakers. As you approach the well from where all rivers originate, the roots of Yggdrasil sprawl upwards from the deep waters towards SVARTALFHEIM. The sea dragon Níðhöggr slowly rises from the depths in front of you, blocking your path. Defeat the great beast or join the fallen in the waters below!
